A coordinator is available to you for questions and guidance as soon as they are hired, but their real value kicks into gear 3 months out, when they finalize everything, manage the big day, and make sure all your hard work pays off.
How far in advance should I book a wedding coordinator?
We recommend booking as soon as possible — typically 6–12 months before your wedding. However, if you’re closer to your date, don’t hesitate to reach out!
Do I really need a coordinator if my venue has an events coordinator?
Yes — venue’s coordinator focuses on the venue and staff, while your wedding coordinator focuses on your wedding vision — including managing vendors, guiding your timeline, handling family dynamics, and making sure your vision comes to life.
What does a wedding assistant do?
Your assistant is an extra pair of hands who supports the lead coordinator — managing small tasks, helping guests, running errands, and keeping the day running smoothly.
